Spiritual evolution is a spiraling process. We keep making similar mistakes until we outgrow our old self and we suddenly recognize patterns in our behavior. The spiral has no definite direction. Sometimes we need to take a few steps back, or fall, or stop in order to move forward again. Whichever the case, we must continue growing, changing, bettering ourselves. There is a great need for better quality in our relationships. We must learn to express ourselves and communicate across differences. Do not let fear stop you from creating bridges. Without communication and personal expression, we slowly perish.
